Smart Fleet: a management system without a big budget.
Not every company, especially in the early stages of development, can afford to purchase an expensive FMS/TMS solution. Often, the size of the fleet makes investing in such solutions unjustifiable from a business point of view, generates additional costs, and the full potential of such solutions is not utilized. So how can you manage your fleet without a large budget? It turns out that the solution lies in widely available (and partly paid) solutions such as Google Workspace, Google Maps, and Looker Studio. By combining maps, spreadsheets, and dashboards, you can create a low-cost solution tailored to your company's needs. I often use such solutions myself because I know that I get what I really need. In combination with Google Gemini (or Chat GPT), you can achieve really good results! I'd be happy to tell you more about it.
